摘要：

以绵阳市城市发展规划区土地利用总体规划数字线划地图编制为例，探讨了基于MapGIS数字线划地图的编制流程，分析了数字线划地图的误差来源和纠正原理，并对数字线划地图数据质量控制方法进行了探讨。

DLG is among 4D cartography of digital maps for General plan of land utilization, DLG of Production and Quality Control is foundation of topographic database. This pape summarizes the standard work flow of DLG for MAPGIS, and introduces quality control methods and strategies for DLG of production by taking 1:50000 General plan of land utilization on plan area of Mianyang for example. It expounds the sources of the errors in digital maps and correction principles of these errors, introduces the usage of the correction software of MapGIS, and evaluates the production quality of DLG.
